- Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, Mississippi.

Marshall is licensed before all state and federal courts in Mississippi. Marshall is also licensed to practice law in Alabama state courts. Marshall is also admitted to practice before the Fifth and Ninth Appellate Judicial Districts.
Personal
Marshall and his Wife Kathryn live together in Rankin County, Mississippi, with their two sons, and two dogs.
